  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I will have your reading emailed to you within 1-3 business days unless otherwise indicated. If you cannot wait for your reading, you can pay for express shipping (purchase the “Express Shipping” option to get your reading within 24hours) or don’t buy a reading. I will not answer any messages or emails asking when your reading will be completed unless it’s been past the indicated wait time and you still haven’t received your reading.

  • What is your code of ethics?

    I promise 100% confidentiality.
    This is a judge free zone, so don't be afraid to ask a super personal question.
    I will not do readings on health,legal, or financial questions.
    I will not do third party readings. If you have a question that involves another person, please phrase the question appropriately. For example, "Can you give me advice on my relationship with *person*?" or "How can I improve my relationship with *person*?"
    I reserve the right to refuse any request. I will refund the payment if this is the case.

  • How will I receive my reading?

    Your reading will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout and it will be in the form of a PDF file. The document contains your full-length reading with pictures of your spread.
